skilled individual to lead a team of Data Analysts who work closely
with our Product Management, Finance, Studio, and Central Tech
teams to deliver critical insights that support and drive strategic
business decisions.Your Mission is:The Analytics Insights team is
seeking a talented Intermediate Data Analyst to work directly with
our studios and Call of Duty (COD) Live Services Team. As part of
the Insights team, your mission will be to drive data-driven
decision-making. You'll collaborate with designers, engineers,
business stakeholders, Activision leadership, and analytics peers
to derive meaningful insights that enhance gameplay design and
guide commercial strategies. Partner with our Live Services
business unit to optimize game features to aid in driving player
engagement and monetization.Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Live Services Team to optimize game features,
balance game economies, and identify new ways to boost player
engagement.
- Collaborate with studios to analyze core game systems,
implementing gameplay analytics that aligns with the development
goals of designers and engineers.
- Support and drive analytics initiatives within a
cross-functional team to inform design and implementation
decisions, both current and future.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical
and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into
actionable insights.What You Bring to the Team:You're a motivated

strategies.Player Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., data analytics,
data science, statistics, economics, or mathematics).
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and R/Python for data analysis
and visualization.
- A passion for storytelling through data, turning complex
datasets into compelling narratives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and
expectations.
- Experience in gameplay analysis or knowledge of user engagement
and monetization strategies in gaming, entertainment, e-commerce,

standard base pay range for this role is $34.28 - $63.42 Hourly.
These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires
across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and
offer will be based on several factors, including relevant
experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent

geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive
base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive
compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we
