Job Description:
WE NEED YOU!! This role for someone who thrives on being on the
positive side of every day! Our client in seeking a goal-driven
Customer Service Rep to support a busy desk/ office!! Within this
dynamic workplace, the right candidate will provide important
support to the customer department/ management as well as
presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse
clientele in passing. As the Customer Service Rep your main
responsibility will be to provide customer service and working with
breeders and customers. In addition, to receiving calls in regard
to the product to answer questions regarding sick pets, allergies
and pet food nutritional value.
Core Responsibilities:
? Support Consumers through answering phone, web and email
correspondence
? Read from scripts
? Give no personal opinions
? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer?s
compliant
? Determining the cause of the problem
? Knowledgeable in Excel.
? Easy going, mature attitude and very responsible
Best Prior Experience
? Worked in a Veterinarian Office
? Prior Vet Tech or Vet Assistant
? Veterinary schooling
? Experience with animals
? Knowledge of Pet Nutrition and Allergies
Additional Details: M-F 8am- 4:30pm (1/2hr Lunch)... Okay working
with animals
