Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to oversee design
across all phases of UX engagements for B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and champion user-centered design processes and
solutions
Create UX design deliverables, including mockups and prototypes,
while ensuring quality and consistency
Lead client presentations and workshops, aligning design outcomes
with business goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of experience as a UX design practitioner
A design-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience
A portfolio showcasing strategic UX engagements and high-quality
design work
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Previous agency experience with B2C and B2B platforms preferred
