Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care
Representative to provide exceptional service to dental and vision
callers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and
provider location
Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim
issues
Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the
organization and client services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center,
banking, or retail
Fluency in Spanish
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
