Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brand Payments Team Lead to supervise
a team of Brand Payments Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of four Brand Payments Specialists, ensuring
performance and goal attainment
Oversee invoice processing and cash collection analysis, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness
Act as the primary contact for escalated payment issues with brand
partners, facilitating effective communication and resolution
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in brand payments, accounts receivable, or a
related finance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory
position
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Sumif, pivot tables) and
familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in a remote work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
