Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Assurance Officer I to
ensure a strong compliance culture and monitor adherence to laws
and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monitoring and testing activities to validate control
effectiveness
Document findings and prepare reports summarizing compliance issues
and root causes
Analyze complaint data to identify trends and compliance risks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Bank Regulatory Compliance, Audit, or
Risk Management
1+ years of experience conducting compliance testing or
monitoring
Experience with consumer protection regulations and internal
controls
CRCM certification or specialized compliance training is a plus
