Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during
business hours
Provide first-touch resolution for customer issues and escalate
when necessary
Maintain product expertise and contribute to support content and
resources
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of related customer support experience
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers
preferred
General understanding of the Real Estate Industry preferred
Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Wordpress, and
JIRA
4-year degree preferred
