applied machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the research, development, and optimization of machine
learning models for real-world business problems
Design and implement advanced training and fine-tuning
methodologies, particularly for language models
Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into
actionable ML strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
Proven experience in ML research and model optimization
Expertise in fine-tuning language models such as GPT or BERT
Strong understanding of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or
PyTorch
Proficiency in Python for writing efficient and scalable code
A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a
related field
