Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Assistant to support the US
Higher Education English portfolio within the Humanities team.
Key Responsibilities
Support Product Management in developing strategic documentation
and product proposals
Conduct independent research on relevant topics and benchmark
competitive offerings
Serve as a point of contact for Technical Support cases and respond
to sales or customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Ability to deal with ambiguity and move forward without complete
information
Experience in collaboration and building partnerships to meet
shared objectives
Focus on delivering a high-quality learning experience for students
and instructors
