Job Description:

We are a well-established Commercial Insurance Agency looking for full time candidates preferably with experience with processing certificates of insurance, insurance Administration, and CSR experience to team up and provide assistance to our Westlake Village team. This position will offer 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook that is self-motivated, dependable, and hard working. **Rate of Pay may increase based on experience!** **Admin/Receptionist experience required** **Experience in processing certificates of insurance JOB FUNCTIONS -Process certificates of insurance - Screen calls - Manage Daily Schedule of Owners - Checking and dispersing mail - Answering phones and running multi-line phone system - Customer service - Email & contact management - Data entry - Shipping - Keeping track of projects and deadlines - Organizing - Running errands & providing personal help to executives - Managing and handling unique projects REQUIREMENTS FOR IDEAL CANDIDATES -Experience in processing certificates of insurance - Experience in multi-line phone system - Multitasking is a MUST - Quality Communication - must be able to communicate successfully and efficiently with coworkers and clients - Computer savvy - well versed in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Programs - Ability to work in fast pace environment - Good communication & organizational skills - Strong work ethic - Friendly personality & easy to get along with - Verified business references - Friendly customer service skills - Reliable transportation to run errands at anytime - Preferred daily drive to work to be no more than 30-45 minutes from Westlake/Thousand Oaks - At least 50 typing WPM Compensation $25-$35 may increase and or vary depending on experience BENEFITS We offer a competitive benefits package to our full-time employees. Vacation time is on an accrual system with 8 extra hours added each year.
