Job Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the bank to deliver the best talent to the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
  • Screen and assess candidate's resumes and job applications for job fit.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Promote candidate with hiring manager.
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during process selection.
  • Accountable for the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of pre-hire administration (e.g. background checks) and offer letters.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement recruiting strategy.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to the function.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare and post job specifications.
  • Coordinate with compensation to develop compensation if necessary.
  • Attend and coordinate career fairs.QUALIFICATIONS
    • At least 5 years of recruiting experience in either agency or corporate setting. Experience using social media as a sourcing tool (i.e., LinkedIn) required.A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $78,468.75 to $90,000.00. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
