Job Description:

Growing and Expanding company looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish LTL Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative w/trucking, logistics manufacturing or distribution background. Request a minimum 2 years experience and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with drivers, confirming deliveries, making sure that the deliveries arrived on time and with no damages, and other logistics responsibilities. In addition, will maintain ongoing relationships with customers, field sales, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing personnel, marketing and support outside sales team. Answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. This is a fast paced/deadline driven environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced setting is a huge plus.
