Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits and Compliance Administrator
to manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day operations of group benefits programs
including health, dental, and retirement plans
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with state and
federal laws related to benefits
Provide exemplary customer service and support for internal and
external clients regarding benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a
benefits capacity
Knowledge of ERISA, Workers Compensation, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA
laws
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and
Microsoft Excel
Experience with database fundamentals
