Key Responsibilities
Review term sheets and applications to understand deal
provisions
Manage the legal and closing process by identifying and resolving
issues
Ensure compliance and due diligence is completed before closing
transactions
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalent real estate business
experience
Strong aptitude for analysis, systems, and mathematics
PC proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word,
and Outlook
Ability to operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven
environment
Strong planning and organizational skills
