Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to provide
telephonic medication adherence consultations and support to
members.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Medication Adherence Consultation services via phone
Perform data entry of adherence barriers and member-related
information
Maintain performance standards and serve as a subject matter expert
for pharmacy services
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Active Pharmacy Technician License/Certificate as required by
state
1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
Must reside in EST or CST time zones
