10791 - Sr. Project ManagerPurpose:We are seeking a skilled and
motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage product change
requests within the Connected Car Services domain. You will serve
as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and business
units to ensure that change requests are effectively documented,
prioritized, and executed on time.This role requires a deep
understanding of connected car technologies from a front-end
channel to a vehicle, excellent project management skills, and the
ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your
focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of change requests
while maintaining alignment with the company's strategic goals.To
ensure success as a Project Manager, you should have strong
organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with
diverse teams, and a results-driven mindset. Ultimately, a
top-class Project Manager ensures the delivery of high-impact
product changes that enhance the Connected Car experience for
customers.Essential Functions:Activities and responsibilities
related to Connectivity Service Development and Operations include,
but are not limited to:Change Request Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of product change requests, from
initiation to implementation and closure.
- Document and validate change requests by collaborating with
stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements gathering.
- Establish and manage a prioritization framework based on
business impact, technical feasibility, and resource
availability.
- Developing PoC to explore the feasibility of new
technologies.Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, technical leads, and
external vendors to assess the impact of changes on existing
systems and operations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align on requirements,
timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and
stakeholders about the status and progress of change requests.
- Supporting the development team with other team coordination
and follow up.
- Work with multiple teams to complete the tasks assigned.Project
Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource
allocation for implementing product changes.
- Track and monitor project progress to ensure on-time and
within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change
implementation.Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and validated against
defined requirements before deployment.
- Maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations in
the automotive and mobility sectors.Performance Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on the status of change requests and
their business impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the change
request process.
- Supporting post-production deployment (Planned/Incidents).
- Supporting data analysis and reporting.Please note this job

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a
related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in
the automotive or connected car industry.
- Familiarity with connected car services, telematics, mobile
applications, middleware and mobility platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence,
or MS Project.
- Basic understanding of middleware, APIs, and cloud
technologies.
- Understanding the product, requirements, and writing technical
documents.
- Working with the system analysis team to understand the
technical requirements and documentation.
- Conducting development tests and helping the QA team with
technical use cases.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage
diverse stakeholders.Nice to have:
- Demonstrated expertise interfacing with business stakeholders
is a plus.
- Working experience with a major consulting company is a
plus.
- Around 3-5 years of software development
experience/knowledge.
- Understanding of server and client APIs and writing API test
scripts.Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent.Salary
range: $98,060 to $151,008
