Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Manager to
lead initiatives that drive product adoption and customer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Contributes to the analysis, design, development, and management of
learning programs and initiatives
Initiates and implements core learning programs, continuously
improving content through feedback and data analysis
Identifies and develops relationships with key stakeholders to
represent their learning-related needs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in training facilitation, design, and adult
learning theory, or a related field
3+ years of experience using learning technologies and learning
management systems
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related
field, or equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development,
or related field is a plus
Ability to meet security screening requirements
