Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead HR-related change initiatives and support organizational change impacting people and culture.
Key Responsibilities

Support HR team with change implementation and organizational change initiatives
Design and implement interventions aimed at improving organizational performance
Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organization development, or related field
5 - 7 years of related work experience
Demonstrated success in implementing change management principles and organization development consulting
PROSCI certification or equivalent change management certification preferred
Experience in conducting readiness assessments and evaluating results
