Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cinematics Director to oversee the
creation and direction of cinematic content for their projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the cinematic creative vision across
projects
Ensure the quality and consistency of cinematic content in
collaboration with various disciplines
Manage feedback and provide guidance to the cinematic team to meet
established goals
Required Qualifications
Lead or Director experience on AAA titles with strong narrative
components
Strong leadership skills and production sensibilities
Experience with creative direction and team management
Familiarity with game engines and design pipelines
Experience working with performance capture and outsourcing
pipelines
