Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Quality Improvement
to oversee quality accreditation and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance activities
Implement technological tools and processes to enhance quality
improvement
Ensure compliance with EPSDT programs and manage grievances and
appeals turnaround time
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field; Master's
degree preferred
10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including quality
improvement and NCQA accreditation
Experience in managing external data sources acquisition and
integration
Previous management experience with hiring, training, and
performance management
RN license and Certified Professional in Health Care Quality
preferred
