Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Scale to
partner with customers and drive positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers throughout their journey, customizing
experiences based on their needs
Develop and implement onboarding and training strategies, balancing
self-serve and 1:1 workshops
Create and lead outreach campaigns and live learning events to
enhance customer adoption and engagement
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Education, or Learning
& Development, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience in project management and developing training
materials
Familiarity with learning tools and platforms
Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas for customer
engagement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build processes
from the ground up
