2022The Marketing Director represents the company and is the lead
point of management and guidance for database marketing, special
events, and promotions while planning, developing, coordinating,
and implementing marketing strategies and activities for the
casino. Other responsibilities include producing excellent offers,
marketing systems, promotions, advertising, media buying, branding,
player development, and the Player's Club.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for directing the overall marketing operations and
the integrity of daily operations and the marketing
department.
- Interfaces with casino administrative and operational
departments to foster cooperation toward achieving all marketing
objectives.
- Works to utilize all available marketing resources, both
locally and globally, to coordinate and implement strategic
alliances with reputable business partners, creating greater brand
awareness and financial benefit.
- Develops, implements and manages new programs and operational
goals for promotional activities that will stimulate and gain new
business while improving on existing activities.
- Responsible for understanding the competitive marketplace
regarding marketing strategies, programs, campaigns and promotions.
Uses knowledge about competitors' hosting plans to identify ways to
increase efficiencies to improve product or service at the
property.
- Prepares, monitors and adheres to the annual marketing plan and
budget that will maintain and grow a strong local base of
customers, along with cultivating and attracting outer market and
new business aligned with the business objectives and drive
long-term profitability.
- Develops and directs the execution of strategies and programs
to achieve maximized revenue, acquisition, retention, and
profitability goals.
- Responsible for becoming local and regional market expert
regarding business marketing issues and make recommendations on
driving short- and long-term strategies through identifying
emerging trends.
- Ensures all advertising and marketing communications are
coordinated, actively support marketing plan objectives, and are an
effective expenditure of resources.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to maximize
effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Oversees contracts with various vendors including suppliers,
advertising services, or public relations agencies.
- Contributes to the value proposition of the loyalty program to
ensure the Player's Club is competitive and cost-efficient for the
company.
- Enthusiastically supports, promotes and demonstrates
outstanding internal and external guest service in accordance with
company standards.
- Oversees the marketing promotions for the daily tournaments.The

degree from an accredited four-year college or universityWork
Experience: Ten (10) plus years of progressive experience in the
gaming industry
- Strong business experience in reviewing and developing
marketing plans, marketing materials, and collateral.
- Strong track record of understanding market dynamics and
responding in a pro-active manner to assure achievement of company
objectives.
- Experience analyzing and making recommendations on
promotions.
- Ability to create effective cross-company working relationships
and execute on business plans which require multi-division
participation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and experience with ad campaigns,
including media experience in graphic designs.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to write and prepare standard reports and
documents.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry.SCHEDULED HOURSCommerce Casino
operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Schedules may vary depending on
business needs.
