Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager to drive
sustainable and profitable value growth through strategic pricing
and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic price recommendations and collaborate with finance,
commercial, and marketing teams for execution
Partner with analytics to develop pricing tools and support
financial impact analysis for negotiations
Define product segmentation frameworks and ensure assortment
optimization plans are integrated into strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a
relevant field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged
Goods)
Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of P&L and
RGM levers
Experience with POS, panel, shopper, and TPO tools such as AC
Nielsen and Circana
Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with promo and line
planning systems is a plus
