Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of product managers
Define the vision and roadmap for Elasticsearch, focusing on search
functionality and cloud compatibility
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to prioritize the
roadmap and gather customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience leading product teams for technical products in a
growth-stage environment
Strong technical background in databases, distributed data stores,
or search engines
Experience in product leadership roles with cloud products
targeting technical audiences
Proven ability to lead product management for multiple product
lines
Experience working with globally distributed teams and diverse
client/user bases
