development in health and research.About the RoleWe are seeking a
visionary Lead Platform Product Manager with a deep focus on Data,
Integrations, and AI. You will help design and deliver experiences
within our low/no code platform that enable application developers
to unlock the power of their data. Your work will transform raw
data into scalable & performant applications which connect to
external systems, display interactive dashboards, & distill
insights to customers/end users. These predictive analytics will be
used to improve user decision-making and enhance public health
interventions.This role is pivotal in differentiating Chorus in the
market by seamlessly incorporating AI and data orchestration
capabilities into everyday health operations. The data frameworks,
tools, and components you bring to market will power the next
generation of public and behavioral health applications, giving our
clients advanced abilities to improve health outcomes
nationally.Location: Our headquarters is in Long Beach, CA, but we
are open to candidates in other locations within the United
States.Responsibilities:
- Inspire the evolution of our platform to empower users to build
robust, enterprise-grade software that significantly improves
public health outcomes in communities.
- Implement user-friendly data transformation tools that simplify
complex processes, allowing platform authors to easily manipulate
and integrate data.
- Champion the mission to make data more accessible and
actionable, contributing directly to improved health outcomes and
more efficient public health operations.
- Standardize data communication protocols by implementing
industry standards like FHIR and HL7 for seamless data exchange and
system interoperability.
- Productize data, integration, and AI capabilities that allow
Chorus to scale & differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic impact,
resource availability, and market demand, balancing short-term
achievements with long-term vision.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product marketing
to define go-to-market and new-product-introduction strategies for
new features, ensuring clear communication of platform capabilities
and benefits to enhance customer adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform users to
ensure the platform meets the dynamic needs of our users.
- Use insights from market trends, customer feedback, strategic
partnership, and direct user data to prioritize feature
development, aligning product enhancements and operations with
strategic business goals.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of highly relevant experience, with substantial
experience in low/no code platform products, and proven experience
leading 0-1 data transformation, integration, and ML/AI
initiatives.
- Strong ability to identify problems, gather use case
requirements, distill value propositions, define/iterate on a
solution, and abstract them into scalable and reusable platform
patterns.
- Practiced at translating solutions into technical
specifications and engaging with engineering partners to make
effective tradeoff decisions.
- Proficiency in user experience design and research best
practices to validate solutions and support cross-functional team
members.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and
guide complex strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced
environment.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly complex and regulated
domains.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
- BA/BS in relevant field - Computer Science, Data Science, or

position is $170,000 to $190,000. The base salary offered is
determined by several factors, including but not limited to the
applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills,
level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and
geographic location where the job will be performed. Please note
that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect
the base salary only, and do not include any bonus, equity, or
benefits. Total compensation package also includes performance
bonus and stock options. Final compensation will vary based on
