Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Fraud Governance & Oversight
Manager to lead fraud oversight and develop an effective challenge
framework.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight on fraud prevention activities for internal and
external fraud management
Develop and maintain fraud risk assessments and Key Risk
Indicators
Report to executive management on the effectiveness of fraud
capabilities and interact with regulators as necessary
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in fraud risk management within payment,
fintech, or innovative financial institutions
Strong understanding of second-line frameworks related to fraud
governance
Expertise in analyzing data to inform preventative measures
Ability to influence others, including executive management
Experience in tracking and monitoring fraud issue remediations
using GRC tools
