Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integration Manager to join their
Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships among Customer and Sales teams to
establish project scope and objectives
Diagnose and resolve integration issues using data analysis and
technical logs
Conduct regular meetings with partners to ensure ongoing support
and maintain relationships throughout the integration process
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Integration Manager, Technical
Customer Support Representative, or similar role
Prior integration experience, including troubleshooting and
resolving technical issues
Experience with API calls, webhooks, and Postman
Solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Experience in game programming (Unreal, Unity) or higher education
in computer science is preferred
