Job Description:
*? Check CARLA system for new orders and follow up
accordingly.
*? Update CARLA system with all shipment information obtaining it
from various sources such as Procars/CIS, airline and vendor
websites, repair stations via email and phone, company
operations.
*? Obtain ERCD, repair estimate, and shipment paperwork from repair
stations and update in CARLA, send paperwork to operations.
*? Schedule pickup of the goods from the shipper to company in LAX
for international transport. (international transport paperwork
will be done by LAX control tower).
*? Resolve any issues as needed.
*? Escalate issues for resolution as needed.
