Job Description:
This role will be open to Los Angeles locals only as you will be
working a hybrid schedule out of our HQ in Koreatown.

The Talent Systems marketing team is based in Los Angeles and
extends to New York, UK, Australia, and Asia. The team delivers
creative, innovative, and growth-focused marketing campaigns,
content, and solutions for multiple brands around the world.
Job Purpose: We're an established but growing technology company in
the entertainment space seeking a Marketing Designer to oversee our
B2B and B2C design programs for our North American lines of
business end-to-end, including creative, analysis, and overarching
strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative marketing expert who is
innovative and detail-oriented, has a strong comfort level with
design tools and best practices, has experience project managing
large design initiatives, and has big ideas that will take our
marketing campaigns to the next level by improving customer
retention and increasing revenue. Curiosity, collaboration,
flexibility, the ability to be a team player, and the desire to
grow within a fast-paced organization are a must!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute key art, produce videos, create
motion art (including animated gifs), and ad campaigns for multiple
brands.
- Prepare design concepts for the global marketing team on a
daily/weekly basis.
- Conceptualize, graphically design, set up and code marketing
campaigns in our marketing automation platform.
- Suggest or weigh in on copy and write original copy as
needed.
- Demonstrate familiarity with our marketing platforms and
ability to optimize templates based on platform
specifications.
- Produce all types of collateral, from digital promotional
materials to in-platform graphics to printed materials for
in-person events, when necessary.
- Follow the marketing calendar and provide input to the creative
process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to test, iterate, and improve
upon marketing results, including documenting and socializing key
learnings and developing a champion/challenger roadmap.
- Proactively devise new ideas and contribute insights and
strategies to constantly improve our marketing programs.
- Work across multiple brands, adhering to disparate creative
best practices and maintaining a unique voice for each
brand.
- Interpret global creative guidelines into design work (unique
voice for each country).
- Collaborate daily with contract designers, copywriters,
internal channel members, external partners, and the marketing
team.
- Create graphics and product-specific campaigns, ad banners, and
other marketing collateral.
- Compile and edit marketing videos for various channels
including but not limited to paid and social media, new feature
announcements, and help center collateral.
- Contribute expertise to website design concepts and campaign
landing pages.
- Conduct quality assurance across devices and platforms to
ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with brand stakeholders to refine and evolve brand
design standards.
- Manage design projects in a shared project management
solution.
- Ensure designs are compliant with copyright requirements and
internal media asset policies.
- Champion consistency of design and visual aesthetic across the
company.
- Maintain organization and storage of images, videos, audio
files, and other creative assets in conjunction with the Marketing
Coordinator.
- Stay informed of design and industry trends and make
recommendations on new marketing tools, techniques, and best
practices.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a marketing designer or
creative manager role, with responsibilities involving creative,
strategy, marketing technology, project management, and driving
measurable results.
- Must have a meticulous eye for detail, and ability to
problem-solve and interpret/implement feedback.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills,
problem-solving, and process.
- Strong comfort level working with data, developing dashboards,
and working in Google Analytics, MS Excel, and Google
Sheets.
- Proven experience strategically facilitating marketing programs
for a consumer-facing online business, including A/B testing design
concepts.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as
Braze, HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, Mixpanel, Salesforce, SendGrid,
etc.
- Understanding of design best practices, email deliverability,
and rendering across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, basic design fundamentals, and
email coding. Solid understanding of where and how design fits into
the broader scope of marketing projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
regarding design needs.
- Ability to work quickly and with flexibility in a fast-paced
environment.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills and an
eye for usable design.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related
field.
- Strong knowledge of CMS (e.g., WordPress) and project
management systems (e.g. Smartsheets, JIRA).
- Create compelling decks in Google Slides, Keynote, or
PowerPoint.
- Video editing: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe
Premiere.
- Possesses flexibility in working across multiple projects
concurrently, with an ability to shift priorities.
- Proven experience of meshing together different types of media,
artworks, screenshots, and illustrations.
Availability: This role requires two days in the office, preferably
Tuesdays & Thursdays.
